1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. It helps the site remember your preferences and work smoothly.

2. Consent (Consent Mode v2)

The first-visit cookie banner lets you control analytics separately from advertising and personalisation, which are handled together under one switch. “Accept all” and “Reject optional” are presented equally. Until you consent, only strictly necessary storage is active; Google measurement and advertising tags start in a denied state under Google Consent Mode v2.

3. Necessary storage (always on)

• dubaingatlan_consent_v3 — stores your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (12 months).
• Language and session preferences — selected language and basic site operation.
• Cal.com technical storage — only after you activate a booking button and the booking interface opens, to handle the time zone and booking session and to keep the service secure, for the periods set by the provider.

4. Analytics and advertising cookies (with consent)

• General campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source) — stored for the browser session after analytics or advertising consent. Advertising click identifiers (e.g. gclid and fbclid) are stored only after advertising consent and are removed from the session if that consent is withdrawn. When a form is submitted, the current campaign parameters permitted by your consent choices become part of the enquiry and are retained for the same period as the enquiry.
• _ga, _ga_<id>, _gid — Google Analytics, traffic measurement (24 hours – 2 years).
• _gcl_au — Google Ads, conversion measurement and attribution (3 months).
• NID, IDE — Google, ad personalisation and remarketing (6–13 months).
• _fbp — Meta, campaign performance measurement and remarketing (3 months).

5. Changing your choice

Use the preferences icon at the lower left to reopen the cookie panel and change your choice at any time. Stored cookies can be cleared in your browser's privacy settings.
